These terms govern your use of the website operated by Monika ("we", "us", "our") at heirspears.misean.place. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and pricing

Orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are in CAD and may change without notice. Once submitted, an order remains editable until the daily cutoff time. After cutoff, the order is locked and production begins.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Payment is authorized at checkout and captured at the daily cutoff.

5. Allergens

We list allergen information on every product. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (logos, images, recipes, copy) is the property of Monika or Mitryxa and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our products, except where prohibited by law.
