Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations before cutoff
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the day before delivery. Cancel from your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancellations before cutoff are refunded in full.
Cancellations after cutoff
After the daily cutoff, orders are locked and production has begun. Cancellations after cutoff are not eligible for a refund except in unusual circumstances (e.g., we cannot fulfill the order).
Quality issues
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right: replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion based on the issue.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
