What is the minimum order amount?+
Our minimum order is $300, designed for businesses stocking cafes, catering events, or wholesale operations.
How does delivery work and what are the fees?+
We deliver next day across the Lower Mainland for $25, and outside the Lower Mainland for $50. All orders include a fuel surcharge based on distance. B2B orders are fuel surcharge only.
What is your order cutoff time?+
All orders must be placed by noon for next-day delivery. This cutoff is strict and we do not accommodate rush orders.
Do you offer pickup or refunds?+
We are delivery-only with no pickup option. Orders are non-refundable after the noon cutoff.
Which days do you bake and deliver?+
We bake Sunday through Friday with next-day delivery. We are closed on statutory holidays.
